is there any way i can talk to nintendo customer service about a problem i’m having with my wii?

i want to talk to them directly. but not on the phone. like, for instance, with comcast, you can talk to the tech support people directly at the comcast site.
i’m having a problem with my wii and don’t want to call on the phone. i want to talk to them on the computer. can i?
