When ever I turn on my wii and I’m on the WIi menu, I see parts of the tv, flashing black- like in old films. When I play resident evil 4, I see green,red,and blue down the middle of the tv and it is pissing me off. How can I fix this? The wires connecting the wii are secure and everything. I even tried it with a diff TV and it STILL happens. So it’s not the tv it has something to do with the wii. But the wii and the games are Brand NEW. PLESE HELP ME!

Is there a way to open a cheat window on the wii for resident evil 4? If there is, also what might be some cheat codes to play as krauser/ada/hunk/wesker? I just want to play as a different character, because i know it’s possible for PS2, but I havent seen anything for wii. Plz help
