Wii remote problem. After i’ve tried all the recomended trouble shooting tips, what do I do next?

Both of our Wii remotes have seemed to have stopped working all of a sudden. I have employed all of the trouble shooting suggestions listed in the manual and online as well. The sensor bar has also been tested– with all five LED lights showing on each side of the sensor.
